Wechsel Auspuff - original auf Hurric

I'm not aware of issues with the servo motor, if you don't need to remove it because your replace your muffler, then just keep it. The original muffler with the flap is OK, except that it's large and heavy .
Some members here have experienced a certain loss of torque when replacing the muffler and eliminating the flap. With this, I guess there is no reason todo that except that a smaller muffler may look "nicer"

The bike I'm working on currently has got it's original muffler destroyed by an accident. So it does not exist any more and has been replaced by the last owner. The servo motor and it's mount are obsolete with this, and this is my reason to replace it with the emulator.

Bei meiner FF ist ein Healtech ESE verbaut. (Habe ich schon so ausgestattet gekauft). Schaut schon nach ein bisschen aktiver Elektronik aus. Aber trotzdem quasi Plug and Play - und das wichtigste - keine Fehlermeldungen und das Servo ist eliminiert. Gibt genügend Info im Internet. Die Multifunktionsanzeige von Healtech habe ich mir auch schon geholt

den Eliminator habe ich eben an gleicher Stelle wie auf dem Foto eingebaut, es funzt!

Um den verregneten Urlaubstag an den Abend zu kriegen haben ich mal gewogen: Das originale Ofenrohr wiegt 6,2 kg, Servomotor/Halterung und Ausgleichsgewicht plus 2 Kg = 8,2 Kg. Der Hurric RAC1 soll 2,5 Kg wiegen. 5,7 Kg Gewichtsvorteil ist ja schon mal was...

In deiner Berechnung fehlt aber das Zusatzgewicht des Eliminators
Scherz bei Seite Ich werde mir ebenfalls so ein Teil kaufen und gleich eine Ganganzeige dazu. Sollte es mal regnen habe ich wenigstens was zum basteln!!

Ja, das ist das Teil. Wobei "Ausgleichscheibe" eine etwas ungeschickte Übersetzung zu sein scheint. Aber sowas sieht man ja oft.

Ich habe als Ersatz dafür jeweils 2 Unterlegscheiben genommen, damit das Gewinde auf der Rückseite nicht zu weit rauskommt und dort hindert

Hallo Elmar, hast du dazu das Kabel vom Servomotor bis unter die Sitzbank gezogen?
Oder ist das Kabel von dem ESE so lang das es bis unten reicht?

Nee, das ist kurz, ca. 20 cm.

Daran kann ich mich nicht mehr so genau erinnern, aber wenn du es sagst...

Was ich noch weiss ist, dass es total fuckelig war, den Kabelweg von unten bis zur Einspritzung (Montageplatz des Eliminators, ich glaube auch, dass der Stecker irgendwo da ist) zu öffnen. Habe eine Taschenlampe und Spiegel benutzt und bedauert, das kein Gynäkologe anwesend war. Vmtl. musste ich das alte Kabel entfernen.
